Ross Billiards wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy on any products purchased from rossbilliards.com with no hassles. If  you are not satisfied with your purchase just mail the item(s) back to us in the complete original packaging. Customer is responsible to place the item(s) in the original packaging and mail to Ross Billiards LLC address shown below. Return must include the receipt with contact information including Name,  Address, Email, Phone and reason for the return. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with sending the item(s) to Ross Billiards. Once we receive your return we will replace the item(s) or provide a refund for the cost of the item(s). Ross billiards, at it’s sole discretion may void this guarantee if there is evidence of abuse or mishandling of the products, packaging, guarantees and/or claims. Any customizations or alterations to the products purchased, unless specified by Ross Billiards, will void this and all guarantees and/or claims.
